Craftmark Construction has been a cornerstone of quality home building in Harbor Springs for over 35 years. Founded by Bruce White, the company’s roots are grounded in precision and pride—values Bruce honed early in his work with aluminum siding and custom automotive painting.

A Family Tradition, Continued

Bruce passed his passion for excellence to his son, Paul White, who brought experience from cabinetmaking in Brooklyn and managing multimillion-dollar remodels in Charlotte. Today, Paul lives in Harbor Springs with his wife and three children, continuing the Craftmark legacy in the town they call home.

Growing the Team, Deepening the Roots

In 2025, Joe and Lisa Dannenberg joined Craftmark as partners. Joe is a third-generation builder in Harbor Springs, and together they bring over a decade of remodeling experience from their boutique firm in East Lansing. Their appreciation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and love of Northern Michigan enriches every project. Their oldest son is now a fourth-generation apprentice carpenter at Craftmark.
