    • We will take measurements and photos so we can begin creating a scope of work and budget estimate.

    • Back in our office we will prepare a budget estimate for your review.

    • Option 1: Collaborative Design
      You’ve completed your design with an external team. We collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary professionals—including architects and interior designers—to bring your vision to life with precision and care.

      Option 2: Craftmark Design
      We design the project together with you. Our in-house team will explore your needs, present tailored concepts, and refine the design until it perfectly fits your vision, lifestyle, and budget. Ideal for clients who want expert guidance while remaining actively involved.

    • Option 3: Independent Selections

      You select your own materials, finishes, and fixtures independently. We coordinate and build to your specifications while making sure it all comes together beautifully.

    • Project Proposal + Contract

    • After all project details are finalized, we’ll present a comprehensive proposal outlining the full scope, timeline, and cost.

    • Once approved, we’ll collect your deposit, order materials, and schedule construction—setting your project in motion.

    • Depending on the size of your project we will provide you with a basic timeline. You will also be introduced to the crew assigned to your project.

    • Each crew member has been trained to keep your home safe and clean during your project.
